This project is an investigation into the architecture of solace. As someone navigating the weight of psychological homelessness, I found myself drawn to the way Yue occupies space - creating a sense of belonging and quiet ritual wherever she lands. Whether in a small kitchen, an open field, or the corner of a room, these images document the tools we use to combat loneliness. Through these fragments, I am exploring the polarity between the 'orphan' who feels ostracized by the world and the self that is capable of building a home out of a single moment of peace.
